All EOS-HIPOWL products can be integrated with DIMPOWL modules when required, enabling fast-axis expansion, slow-axis expansion, or application-specific beam shaping according to system needs.

Depending on the mission profile, DIMPOWL solutions may be provided as fixed, adjustable, or custom-configured external modules, allowing greater control over divergence, beam geometry, and optical output behavior.

EOS-HIPOWL-1 is the most compact member of the EOS-HIPOWL Family, designed for applications where low weight, small footprint, and reliable rectangular beam output are critical.

Despite its compact form, it delivers strong optical performance through integrated FAC/SAC cylindrical microlens optics and precise beam conditioning.

Like all members of the EOS-HIPOWL platform, EOS-HIPOWL-1 can be integrated with the DIMPOWL module family when required.

This allows optional fast-axis or slow-axis beam expansion, including fixed, adjustable, or custom-configured solutions depending on the target optical architecture.

DIMPOWL Beam Shaping Module is a compact optical module developed to operate with HIPOWL high-power diode laser modules, offering independent beam shaping capability in the fast axis and slow axis directions.

Thanks to the adjustable cylindrical lens groups positioned within the system, the laser output can be expanded, tailored to the application, and transformed into a more controlled rectangular profile. This provides high flexibility for different working distances, optical integration requirements, and target beam geometries.

Within our products, DIMPOWL is used to shape the beams that have already been collimated after the SAC/FAC microlenses.

DIMPOWL is designed to be mechanically compatible with HIPOWL; the source module is integrated into the system, fixed in place, and aligned to ensure stable operation along the optical axis. With its precise adjustment mechanism, the user can optimize the beam expansion characteristics in both the fast axis and slow axis directions.

This structure provides important advantages in controlling energy density, adapting the beam form to the application, and improving overall optical system efficiency.

The product can be offered in two different configurations: manual and motorized.

The manual version is ideal for applications requiring fast and precise user adjustment in field or laboratory environments, while the motorized version is developed for automation infrastructure, repeatable positioning, and remote-control needs.
